The diffusion silicon pressure sensor of model QY1800 is a kind of silicon piezoresistive pressure sense organ using the advanced MEMS technology and integrating the modern information processing technology which is to convert pressure signal to standard voltage signal. The intelligentized compensation technology solved the inherent problem of silicon piezoresistive pressure sense organ on temperature drift, Which shows off the advantage of diffusion silicon pressure sensor.

QY1802 LPG Automotive Pressure Sensor

QY1802 diffusion silicon pressure sensor incorporates MEMS and ASIC technology in the design to achieve high- Accuracy pressure measurements in the whole working temperature range and has been in mass production.  

This sensor is installed on a multiple unit valve of LPG fuel system in luggage. It measures the pressure of liquefied petroleum gas which is increased by fuel pump and conveys this signal to ECU.
