Our Investment Casting (Lost Wax) uses the advance Colloidal silica manufacturing process and is able to produce all kinds of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, ductile iron and other iron-based material products, copper and aluminum products.  With the modern structure of Investment casting production, we also brought in the advanced production line by Pre-coated Sand Casting manufacturing, producing gray iron and other various grades of ductile iron. Our yearly handling capacity is up to 1,500 tons.
For our CNC machining, we use CNC lathe and CNC machining Center made in Taiwan and Korea, which process products of high precision, with great finishing of its surface. Our monthly processing capacity is up to 240,000 pieces. Our surface treatments include 3 types of polishing process abrasive belt polishing, vibration rumbling and electro polishing. Handling capacity is up to 100 tons per month.
Our company has a full range of production and testing equipment, imported from the United States, Germany, Switzerland and Taiwan, which includes fully automatic wax injection machine, CNC lathe, CNC machining Center, spectrometer, 3D coordinator, projector, salt spray test machine, metallographic composition analyzer etc. Our material standards include Chinese GB, American ASTM and AISI, German DIN, Japanese JIS and British BS etc.
