  Product Introduction

TiC based steel bonded cemented carbide (grade: TM52) is new-developed wear resistance product in Zhuzhou Hastion High-Tech Materials Co.,Ltd. Aiming to provide new cermet composite solution for improving wear resistance performance of various high manganese alloy in the field of mining, cement, steel making.
 

The titanium carbide cermet rod(TiC rod) belongs to the steel-bonded cemented carbide, which is a kind of compound material based on the steel as the binder phase and using the refractory metal carbide(mainly the titanium carbide and the tungsten carbide) as the hard phase. The TiC rod is the high-hardness and high-strength titanium-based alloy composite material. 
 
The TiC rod is mainly casted into the wear parts of crusher hammer, plate hammer, jaw plate, concave, mantle and crushing roller and so on. As a result, the matrix of high manganese steel steel can be reduced effectively to increase the service life for hammer crushing equipment and saving the maintenance costs accordingly.
