Product Description:

Vacuum investment castings are those investment cast needing to be done by vacuum melting furnace because they are normally used in the condition with high end corrosion and abrasion resistance at the most extreme temperature. They are also known as monel alloy or superalloy mainly including nickel and cobalt investment casting. Those vacuum investment casting, such as turbocharger, turbine blade, supercharger impeller and nozzle, are widely used in aviation engine, aerospace engine, gas turbine, ship, metallurgy, petroleum and glass industry for its super anti-heat, anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion property.
 
Equipped with two sets of 25kg vacuum furnace and one set of 50kg vacuum furnace, vacuum quenching furnace and fluorescence detection, SIMIS has the capability of producing 500 tons of vacuum investment casting in one year.
