Product Description:

3 Nos flameproof Robots Six Axis & 4 Nos flameproof transfer robots will be used for this project.
Robot(s) to be only on one side of conveyor 
The spray gun will be complete with the standard straight robot mounting adapter.
Each spray gun will be mounted in the clean room adjacent to the spray booth. This power supply will have interface connections to the robot controller for complete control from the robot program. 
Robots to have on board 2-K metering and closed loop fluid deliver control.
All fluid delivery parameters including ratio, fluid flow rate, atomization and fan pressures, e-stat voltages and color changes will be controlled and adjusted using the robot controller.
All color change valves and flow meters to be mounted on robot arm. 
Color change will be made with a loss of 0.055 l or less.
Wrist type and arm length and all other robot configurations to be determined by supplier.   
English tags for control identification 
Robot connection cable length and protection method to be determined by supplier.
I/O Rack to have 25% spare capacity    
Programming software 
Each robot to have line tracking capability.
Dual and single gun brackets for each robot
Each robot will be supplied with an automated gun cleaning station in which color changes will occur. These units will include a central purge collection tank with associated piping. These units will provide a cleaning of the spray gun nozzle through the use of a solvent spray and compressed air.
