There are totally 40 units of die-casting machines imported from Japan ranging from 125T to largest 850T like TOSHIBA,TOYO and UBE and we plan to invest 50 more units for the future. There are more than 70 units of machining equipments like MORI SEIKE,MAZAK,BROTHER and FANUC ,meanwhile both CAD/CAM design system and production line for toolings are available with the yearly capacity of 200 units.Within 18 years,KDS have successfully integrated die-casting technology and its management philosophy while strictly implementing the instructions for all staffs and full process quality management according to ISO 9001,ISO/TS16949 and are awarded the approval of ISO 14001.
We achieved the business revenue of 350 million RMB of which Auto business covers more than 91% with the focus of business cooperation on DENSO,MAGNA,LITENS GROUP, BOASH-UAES, BORGWARNER, SCHAEFFLER, MAGNET MARELLI, HELLA, TOKAI RIKA ,BRIDGESTONE including its global plants, Currently the main parts are for air throttle body, vacuum pump, fuel pump, filter head, thermostat housing, frame for automobile starter or engine, body of tensioner, bracket or spindle of tensioner system, ECU cover or housing, safety belt, more than 40 million pieces parts are delivered to our customers.
