The valve seat/safty valve is machined by CNC lathing and milling machine with material S45C and 1215MS, and customized according to the customers drawing, there are nearly 100 types of valve seat with different holes.
DELTA focus on providing non-standard CNC precision machining auto parts, our CNC turn-mill machines are very stable, our axle/axis/shaft diameter is from 0.1-50mm, with precision to 2μcoaxial jumping within 2μ. Also, DELTA could drill small holes on parts with min. diameter 0.06mm.
