GTS-H High Torque Twin Screw Extruder     Find our normal twin screw extruder here.     Absorbing the most advanced technology in the world, Nanjing Gorray has further developed the design of high torque twin screw extruder with high power.     Gearbox: thick-wall cast-iron case is used to decrease vibration and noise; topology theory is applied to increase the loading capability of gears; imported bearings (such as SKF) is installed for stable running. All these help greatly enhance the torque of gearbox from previous 5.9 to current 10.3.     Core shaft: made of 40CCrNiMo with thermally refined and nitrided;     Base frame: welded of thick-wall profile steel, processed with heavy portal planer to ensure an accurate installation.
