Manufacturing of stamping dies

We provides an integral stamping dies manufacturing service, from the conceptual design to its try out and in customer house validation, including the first samples production.
We will produce dies for metal forming for you progressive dies, transfer dies, combined dies, blank dies and bending dies. We can also design and manufacture injection moulds for plastics, zinc, and aluminium. Using these moulds or dies, we can produce for you moulding parts of various types of plastics and metal parts of steel, copper, aluminium, and brass.

Tool shop

For manufacturing of stamping dies we use CNC machining centers, sinking wire-cutting machines, modern machinery for milling, grinding, drilling, and turning.
Maximum size of stamping dies is 4.5M X1.8M.
