With more than 10 years of professional experience in Rapid Prototyping, and advanced laser rapid prototyping equipment from US and Germany (SLA laser Stereolithography and SLS Selective Laser Sintering), Hansun is able to manufacture CNC prototypes, laser prototypes and complex structure accessories model or high-end non-standard product models. SLA (Stereolithography): The laser sterolithography rapid tooling equipment SLA3500 and SLA7000 of the US 3D SYSTEMS  produces complex parts with high quality, high precision and high efficiency.. 
 
SLS(Selective Laser Sintering):  The selective laser sintering rapid forming equipment SLSP380 of the German EOS, has gained the advantages of low water absorption, high temperature resistance, anti-aging-degradation, chemical corrosion resistant,  and fast manufacturing speed. The SLS made parts are widely used for automobile, electric tools, household appliances and aviation lights, etc.
 
CNC (Computer Numerical Control): It applies CAD/CAM into the automatic lathe, cutting the blank into semi-finished products. With high precision and high quality, CNC can machine the large parts, wide optional and hard material. With the modern CNC systems, end-to-end component design is highly automated using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) programs. The programs produce a computer file that is interpreted to extract the commands needed to operate a particular machine via a postprocessor, and then loaded into the CNC machines for production. The complex series of steps needed to produce any part is highly automated and produces a part that closely matches the original CAD design.
 
Silicon Mould: short lead time (2-5 days), low cost and short production cycle for small amount production of plastic parts.
 
Rapid tooling:Suitable for fast manufacturing of plastic parts, short lead time (20-25 days) and high degree of hardness, applicable for the production of small batch of plastic parts within 500mm. Mould life reaches 5000-10000 shoots.
