Our production stamping methods include progressive and single hit dies.  Deep draw, mandrel, blanking, cam dies, transfer, louvering, insertion and rolled seam dies are a few areas we have expertise in.  Our press capabilities range from 30 to 200 tons. We have the capability to metal stampingsmaterials from .003 to .188 thick. Parts are fully inspected using our vision systems, optical comparators, CMM equipment and functional gages. Serving a variety of industries such as aerospace, defense, medical and electronics, our metal stampingscan be applied to heat transfer products, military and defense components, and electronic assemblies to name a few.
