On normal we advice choose hot runner system for this mold, but also can choose semi-hot runner (sub-gate) then make sure doff automatic
 Customized designs, sizes and frames are accepted
 Mold steel: P20 forging for COR and CAV, C50 for mold base
 Customized mold steel are accepted
 Mold treatment: final treatment for COR and CAV through nitrogen to 48 to 52° (surface 0.3mm hardness)
 Mold software: choose UG for 3D design, AutoCAD for 2D drawing, mold flow for runner analyze
 Mold size: 400 x 280mm (depends on client's machine upon changing mold size)
 Mold fix machine: 250T on injection molding machine
 Plastic material: PP (on normal choose PP)
 Mold cycle time: 30 seconds/shot (without cool water when test this mold)
 Mold doff way: automatic by doff-plate
