We began to develop the wind power market for Low Temperature Impact Resistant Ductile Iron in 2007. Our annual capacity for ductile/nodular iron castings of wind power is 12,000 tons. Main customers include Sinovel Wind Co., Ltd., Shenyang Blower Works Group Co., Ltd., etc.

The material of wind power spare parts is QT400-18AL. We adopt duplexing melting techniques of cupola and electric furnace, new process, new methods, new material, strengthened process control to ensure that all the performance index can reach standard. The spheroidization rate is stable as more than 90%, and the impact energy below 20 degrees can reach more than 12J.

The maximum weight of iron castings can reach 20 tons.
