Product Description:

Forging manipulator producted by Shengyang can be divided into the following types:
Upper four link rod type, lower four link rod type and frame type according to the structure mode; rectilinear type, rotating type, translation type according to the motion mode; full mechanical type, full hydraulic type, mechanical & hydraulic mixed type according to the drive mode, all of them can meet the demands of different customers.
 
This equipment can finish the following movements: large frame moving freely on the track; rising, falling and inclination for the nippling lever; clamping, loosening and rotation for the clamp head. Large frame driven by motor adopts integrated frame structure; clamp frame can realize steady rising and falling driven by cylinder; jaws clamping can be realized through pull rod driven by cylinder, front and back end and the two sides of clamp frame are equipped with cushioning device.
