The expansion valve feels the temperature change through the expansion valve bulb, resulting in the pressure change of temperature sensing system,  and acting on the actuator membrane to promote the formation of the vertical displacement of the membrane, then transmit the piece to through the driving force to moves up and down and push the needle valve. It plays a roll of decompression throttling and automatically adjust the amount of refrigerant supply to the evaporator and keep the evaporator outlet end with a certain degree of superheating so that to ensure the full utilization of the evaporator heat transfer area, and to reduce the happening of red-cylinder liquid hammer.
