Product Description:

Lattice steel plate tolerance:  

   1, a steel lattice plate length allows for -0.5mm, width tolerance is 5mm, as shown in figure 5.  

   2, bearing steel not verticality not greater than width of flat steel 10%, as shown in figure 4.  

   3, rail position deviation: rail surface shall not exceed 1mm bearing steel surface; wherein the two ends 
generally should not exceed steel lattice panels on both sides of the end surface 2mm, as shown in Figure   

   4, longitudinal bending longitudinal bending of the grating must be less than 1/200 of length, as shown in figure  

   5, lateral bending: the lateral bending of the grating should be less than the width of the 1/100, as shown in figure 

   6, diagonal deviation: steel grid plate due to size caused by tolerances diagonal relative deviation, should not 
greater than ± 5mm shown in figure
