2. There are three tep , when installing the software. You had better make sure that antivirus software is workoff, and after very step finished, turn off your computer ,and then restart it , go on the next step.

3. When install the software, you can select the languages which you desired, and that you only can select one language. If you would like to change another language, you have to install it again.
