The operation system of All-Beckhoff system dispensing equipment is equipped with a full keyboard that can realize function key operation and a movable control desk.
The system wide EnterCAT communication control is realized in the computer and servo system of All-Beckhoff system dispensing equipment. XY 3-axis motor is equipped with Beckhoff servo, with a torque of 6.1N.m and inertia of 20.0kg cm²; the motor with large torque and inertia can run more stably and achieve better effect in fast-speed interpolation. Beckhoff motor encoder boasts high precision, which make the operation control more precise.
All-Beckhoff system dispensing equipment is equipped with THK high-precision guide rail and NIDEC-SHIMPO high-precision speed reducer.
