High hardness carbon steel cut wire shots can comply with German standard of VDFI 8001/1994 and America standard of SAE AMS2431, Cut wire shots are manufactured by cold-drawn wire into lengths that are equal to wire diameter, then the particles can be conditioned (rounded) to remove the sharp corners , We get finished products after the process of size filter and shape filter. The hardness of finished products are :HV420-520, HV520-600, HV610-670, HV700, the size is between 0.3mm and 1.2mm, the shape can be divided into four levels according to the roundness: as cut , G1, G2, G3. The fatigue life are 3000-8500 circles . It can be widely used in auto parts , springs, aviation parts , gear and other products. Stainless steel cut wire shots can comply with America standard of SAE, the materials are 410, 430, SUS304, The production process is the same as producing carbon steel cut wire shots .The hardness of finished products are HRC45-52, the size is between 0.2mm and 1.2mm, the shape can be divided into four degrees: as cut , G1, G2, G3. The fatigue life are 5000-12000 circles. It can be widely used in auto parts , casting parts, stainless steel casting and others product.
