Instrument principle
Due to the different effect on magnetic field for harness value of magnetic materials, material classification, depth of hardening coating, technology condition of heat treatment and defects of components ( such as crack, air hole, inclusion ) and certain logic correspondences exists. When detected work-piece contact magnetic field detector distributed uniformly, it will produce a changeable magnetic field volume which may produce a magnetizing current on coil of detector and transmit it to instrument through wire. After being analyzed treated by central circuit in instrument, it will display the quality condition of detected work-piece on display. When comparing to the standard sample of detected project, it can rapidly identify and distinguish the material classification, hardness, depth of hardening coating, condition of heat treatment and defects
