Application range of paired regenerative combustion system
1. When considering the low running rate, low fuel consumption and low cost, like liquid aluminum holding furnace.
2. When some process need the waste heating of flue gas, and request to have secondary straight flue.

1. Unpaired burner with less burning and more exhausting
Working principle: 3 units of regenerative burners as one group, to make the flue gas exhausting units more than burning units, as picture.
Explanation: When No.1 unit is burning, No.2 and No.3 units are exhausting; when switching to No.3 in burning, No.1 and No.2 units are exhausting, working like this as a cycle.
Features
1) . Solved the problem of furnace pressure
The way of less burning and more exhausting increased the flue exhausting area and controlled the furnace pressure below 50Pa.
2). Without auxiliary bypass flue, flue gas heat recovery rate will be higher:
After cancelled the auxiliary flue, the high temperature flue gas would go though the regenerative chamber, total flue gas heat recovery can be 90%, 20 to 30% more energy-saving than traditional paired regenerator.
3). High temperature efficiency
In the regenerative chamber, the throughout volume of flue gas increased and throughout time prolonged, which makes the air preheating temperature 50-100 lower than hearth temperature only, but temperature efficiency arrives 92% .
4). High combustion efficiency, low excess air ratio and good flame rigidity
The way of less burning and more exhausting solved the problem of low combustion efficiency, serious excess of air and unperfect flame shape and rigidity caused by enlarged air hole of traditional paired regenerator.
5). Progressive switching, small fluctuation of furnace pressure
There is 1unit burner in exhausting normally when in switching, reducing the furnace pressure fluctuation.
2. Progressive Switching
1). Progressive switching working principle : When 5units regenerative burners is a group, then 2(N)units or more will be in burning, its not switched simultaneously, but switch as 1/N cycle one by one, and only 1 pair( 2units) burners will be in switching each time.
2). In switching, the fluctuation of furnace pressure is small:When there are 2units burners switched to exhausting smoothly, this situation will reduce the furnace pressure fluctuation in switching.
3). To prevent furnace from explosion: When there is1unit burner switched to firing smoothly, this situation will reduce the furnace pressure fluctuation and prevent explosion .
3. Overhead Type Regenerative Chamber
1). To reduce storage of ash and compaction on regenerator:
A. Equipped with ash storage room and ash cleaning exit, and the burner is exhausting upwardly, the ash will be hard to stay on the regenerator;
B. The wind speed downwardly is faster than smoke speed, self-cleaning ability is perfect which can extend the regenerator cleaning cycle and working life.
C. Take smelting furnace as example: regenerative ball cleaning cycle can be from 10-30 days extending to 1-6 months.

5.Low metal burning loss
Factors for influencing burning loss in metal melting :
1. Melting surface area: the larger the melting surface area is, the more opportunities melting reacts with oxygen, then higher burning loss occurred.
2. The oxygen content in furnace gas: if the oxygen content in furnace gas is high, burning loss is high.
3. Melting temperature: when the melting temperature exceeds 800, the density of surface oxide film start to change from 3.5g /sqm of -Al2O3 to 4.0g / sqm of -Al2O3, , and the volume start to shrink 14.3%, the continuous and compact oxide film surface cracks and makes liquid aluminum occur more oxidation,and the burning loss increases.
4. Melting time: the longer melting time is, the more oxygen the melting body inhaled, makes burning loss high.
This product features:
1. The furnace gas oxygen content: under high temperature and oxygen-depleted combustion, the oxygen content in furnace is less, and burning loss will be low.
2. Temperature uniformity, no partial over-burning: three burners are installed in different parts of furnace, when the combustion is switched in cycle, each part of melt temperature will be in uniformity, to avoid partial over-burning and reduce burning loss.
3. Short melting time: the system thermal efficiency and melting efficiency is high, the melting takes short time, and the burning loss will be low.
4. Reducing burning loss rate: compared with ordinary regenerative burners, this burning loss rate decreases 0.3%-0.5%.
6. High temperature burner - Special gas gun
A. Special gas gun and the protection air,without protection fan motor.

7. Regenerative automatic control system
