PQ series hydraulic power pack
The hydraulic power pack is an independent and movable cabinet. It is powered by diesel engine or motor. Engine, oil pump, hydraulic parts, oil tank, air compressor, control cabinet etc., are integrally installed in a steel cabinet which is like a container and is soundproof. This steel cabinet is multiple-shielded,which not only protect components, but also reduce the running noise, and is convenient for maintenance, lifting and transportation.
Key techniques and features
1. Steel plate cover, square tube framework, anti corrosion paint, hot dip galvanized bolts and nuts, stainless steel locks.
2. Good ventilation system, thermal radiation protection structure, high-efficiency vibration damping system ensuring stable work.Sound proof system ensuring safety for the operators.
3. Door for installation, observation,maintenance. Windows for observing the control panel.
4. Air inlet and outlet as reverse-flow type air flue, ensuring smooth air exhausting and heat dissipation. Its silencer made of acoustic material, keeping noise less than 75db(A) .
5. Using Cummins diesel engine or electric motor, well known brand hydraulic pumps and valves, highly integrated designing ensure the power station safety and high-efficiently work.
