Cutting Machine: Movable type cutting machinery for autoclave aerated concrete consists of horizontal cutting machine, vertical cutting machine and cutting cart system. After pouring-finished blocks being turned 90 degrees in the air, opened the mould and taken onto the cutting cart, horizontal and vertical cutting machine begin to cutting blocks from six sides. After finishing cutting, blocks stay under the vertical cutting machine waiting for being cutting from two sides and then move forward to the area for entering autoclave. Semi-finished product crane hoist blocks, and cart returns to operate next mould cutting.
