All the GFNS Series Hydraulic Guillotine Shearing machine are highest standard with strict quality control to achieve a long life of minimal maintenance. 

 The Frame consists of heavy duty, solid welded steel structure giving max. Rigidity and performance. All controls of the Guillotine shear can be carried out quickly and easily via the control panel located in front of the machine. 

 Standard controls comprise of electro-hydraulic operated variable rake angle, motorized front operated backgauge and inching mode from up-stroking and down-stroking. 

 Standard Accessories:  Hydraulic Guillotine C/W motorised Backgauge. Pump--Vicker(USA) / Bosch( Germany). 

 Valve--Aron(Italy) / Bosch( Germany). 

 Fitting--Tubing--EMB(Germany). 

 Electrical equipment --Telemechanique-Schninder(Germany). 

 Variable rake angle adjustment(1-3° ). 

 Rapid blade gap adjustment. 

 4 edge high carbon high chrome D2 quality shear blades. 

 Front operated motorized backgauge range to 750mm. 

 Shadow line lighting & well designed finger guard for clear view of cutting line. 

 Safety foot switch operatioin. Top blades will automatically return to top position when foot is removed from foot pedal. 

 1 meter side squaring arm with disappearing stops.
