1.the type demands of the type coal :the material must have the certain particle size ,water and binder,mixer material also should have the good plasticity .this demands the skill of molding have the process that pulverizer,screening,mixer,kneading,humidification.


2.the indicate demands of combustion  performance:already molded coal ,the type coal equipment demands should be achieve the regulations calorific value .the civil type coal's calorific value common regulation it is 18-20MJ/Kg.because different quality of the raw material coal ,there is different calorific value,so there is demands that should send coal at the type coal skill processing.send coal should be the first program at the production processing . 

3.the demands of the pressure of mold  should add the mixture material with the binder ,the pressure of mold not less than 20-30MPa.  It's  not benefits when The pressure ball machine's pressure too much or too little
