FAQ:

1.Failed to connect to COMBOX?(The problem is in the link between the PC and the vehicle diagnostic plug)

Reasons: 

a. The USB cable is not connected properly to the PC USB port and / or the COMBOX, (or

RF Transmitter if using wireless communication.)

b. The COMBOX is not connected to the vehicle diagnostic port correctly, or does not

have power. Check if the power light on the COMBOX is ON. Power the COMBOX from the

supplied cigarette lighter cable.

c. COMBOX, or vehicle diagnostic plug, or connecting cable is damaged.

d. Make sure you have selected the correct Com Port. ( Uncheck "Auto" and select the

correct Com Port from the drop down menu.) Try to connect COMBOX directly to the PC with

USB cable. ( No RF transmitter)

e. If you are using wireless communication, check if the blue wireless communication

light on the RF transmitter is lit. No light - no RF signal.

2. Error: Failed to communicate?( ...with the vehicle) (The problem is in the link

between the COMBOX / PC combination and the vehicle computer)

Reasons:

a. The vehicle communication protocol is not supported, or can not be communicated

with. 

b. The Ignition Key is not ON. ( some vehicles will only provide power to the diagnostic

plug when the ignition key is ON)

c. Incorrect vehicle diagnostic plug / socket is in use. ( or vehicle diagnostic harness

damaged)

d. Vehicle Battery voltage is too low.

e. If you are using wireless communication, check if the blue wireless communication

light on the RF transmitter is lit. No light - no RF signal.

f.Detect the storage battery voltage on the automobile,whether over low.

3. How to use the keyboard?

All program windows respond to the TAB key, the Space key, the Enter key, the direction

keys (arrows) and the functional keys (F1-F12).

Highlight your choice with the direction keys and execute action with the Enter key, the

Space key or the correlated functional keys ( i.e. F5 ).

Change windows focus with the TAB key.
