3. Add TA special chip pre-program. Directly pre-program ID48 to TA2,TA3, TA4, TA5 chips.

1) Extracting security access codes (PIN) by OBDII
2) Programming keys by OBDII. Preparation of dealer's keys.
3) Mileage recalibration by OBDII
