It is a machine which cuts the whole steel meridian tire into rubber strips or rubber blocks. Low noise, the blade with special material independent developed, long lived, can be used after several times of repair.
Principle and character:

By the coupling device, the motor turns the upper and lower tool at a high speed, cutting the tire into width-even rubber strips which are then conveyed through the gathering sill to the pressing jaw where the jaw presses the rubber strips, and the motor turns the spinning tool head to cut strips into blocks.
