APPLICATION OF Series ZYD-M Mobile vacuum Transformer oil purifier as below:
I. Degassing, dehydration and filtering impurities of transformer oil
II. Remove acidity, sludge, free carbon, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration
III. It can vacuum filling oil to transformer, vacuum dry transformer and on-line operation transformer . 
IV. It is mainly used for purifying the insulating oil, transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, dielectric oil and so on. The standard ZYD-M system is designed for processing oils in workshops, in storage tanks or directly in transformers (energized or de-energized transformers).
V. According to fieldwork requirement, this machine equips the car wheels, which can be easy to move to any work point by traction. It is special suitable for purifying the transformer oil which locate in different fields. This machine can recover the seriously transformer oil. The treated transformer oil can reuse again in transformer.

It not only have common vacuum oil purifiers function of dewatering, degassing and eliminating impurities, but also this machine can regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials, such as the deep oxides, free carbon in the oil effectively. It can make the seriously deteriorated oil reach to the normal index like anti-oxides, acid- alkali water-solubility

8. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
 

Advantage:
Comparing with the single-stage type, this machine adopts the double stages vacuum system, which can improve the machines working vacuum value highly, so it can dewater, degas and remove the impurity more deeply and effectively. The dielectric value of treated oil is higher than 75 KV. It is very suitable for the large electric & insulation equipments.
