Application:
This new type vacuum pump can be used for vacuum reflow, vacuum drying, normal pumping cycle is possible especially for gas produced by water solution with high boiling point. According to the requirements of the customers for years, considering the small size of the laboratory, the new type vacuum pump is designed on the basis of the foreign prototype. It is widely used in lines of biological, parmaceutical, chemical ,environmental , food industries as well as institutions and scientific research.
Vacuum pump series were researched successfully by us , respective for small-size double-meter double tap(customize it)and big power vacuum pump, model for SHB-III, SHB- III A, SHB- III S, SHB-B95/SHB-B95A.

2.The vacuum pump is characterized by no oil, no pollution, low noise, easy to move.
3.The machine is installed with two vacuum meters, using double tap which can be used independently or in parallel connection.
4.The main machine is made of stainless steel plate and pressed into an elegant shape. The box body is made of special engineering plastics, which is corrosion-resistant and dissolution-resistant.
5.It is installed with special fluid silencer reducing friction noise created by liquid and gas contained in water, making vacuum degree higher and more stable. It is also possible to install vacuum adjusting valve to make operation more convenient
6.The water storage tank is made of newly-developed special plastics which can resist against corrosion and dissolution brought about by operation of organic chemical matters such as acetone and diethyl ether chloroform.
