Product Description:

The repair tester for common rail systems simulates the outputs of an engine control unit, By providing fuel injection control signals, Of which the parameters maybe set by a user, To drive a common rail high pressure pump and up to six injectors. A standard diesel high pressure injection pump test bench with a CR system and the components.

The design features are as belows:

1, Modulated driving signal to ensure the safety of the solenoids of the CR pump and injectors.

2, The CR pump load and rail pressure are adjusted by setting the duty cycle of the pump driving signal.

3, The fuel injection quantities are adjusted by setting the pulse width of the injector driving signal. Fuel injection frequencies are also adjustable.

4, Short circuit protection for the output circuity of the solenoid driving signal.

5, Rail pressure is monitored on the LCD screen.

  Functions:

1, Test the type of common rail pump: BOSCH－SIEMENS－DELPHI

    Test the type of common rail injector: BOSCH－SIEMENS－DELPHI－DENSO

2. Pc controlled, Windows operating system, 19" LCD monitor

3. Special upgradeable software with database for testing common rail pump and injector.

4. Output power : 7. 5KW, 11KW, 15KW, 18. 5KW and so on.

5. Oil discharge system is operated electrically (Optional)

6. 6 injectors can be tested for one time.

7. Rotation speed adjustment range: 100- 3000 RPM

8. High pressure test range: 0- 2500 bar.

9. Test the oil supply quantity and pressure of common rail pump.

10. Test the oil supply quantity and pressure of common rail injector.

11. Test the uniformity of the common rail injector.

12. Test the minimum and maximum oil supply quantity of common rail injector.

13. Running- In fast of the common rail injector.

14. Running- In fast of the common rail pump.
