Room system
1.50mm EPS insulation wallpanels, roof panels are high quality galvanized sheets.
2. Main door frames are made of bending section, emergency door at the main door.
3. Room frames are fixed by galvanized sheet.
4. The basement consist of galvanized sheets, Corrosion resistant square steel, reinforce checkered plates.
5. Inside ramps construction.

Air circulation system
1.1*7.5kw Single inlet turbo fan, air capacity: 25000m3/h
2. Air generator group consist of painted section bar and galvanized sheets.
3. Exhaust air duct consist of galvanized sheets and flanges.
4. On-load air velocity: 0.35m/s, air change rate: 320times/h

Purification system
1. Inlet air filter is high quality filter, it can catch 10um dust particle.
2. Roof filter is high-efficient filter, it can catch 5um dust particle.
3. Floor filter is fiber glass filter.

Heating system
Infrared Lamps System. It consist of infrared lamps and control systems. Two side walls with 24pcs*1kw infrared lamps. Backside wall with 9pcs*1kw infrared lamps.
Total power: 33kw, It adopts 3 sets contactors to control the lamps seperately.
Max temp: 80C, temperature rise speed: 15-20min(work temperature 20-60C).

Lighting system
1. Roof lighting: 24pcs*36w Philips lamps.

Control system
1. It adopts high-quality electronic components, Major loop set Multiple protection.
