MIH Chemical Pump Introduction:
MIH Chemical Pump can transport medium which is corrosive or polluting water like liquid, it is widely used for industry, oil, mineral, power station, food/paper/medicine/textile factory and waste water processing and environmental protection, the medium temperature is -20~ +105 degrees, if need, it can adopt double-end seal cooling unit, then can transport liquid with temperature from -20~+280 degrees

MIH Chemical Pump Features:
1.IH Series is designed according to the performance and size of international standard ISO2858. The main parts are pump casing, pump cover, impeller, Shaft, packing ring, center bearing bracket, packing, and suspension parts etc.

2.The pump inlet is horizontal direction and outlet is vertical direction. The cover is clamped between pump casing and bracket through front edge and the suspension parts is fixed on the bracket through front edge. The impeller and shaft and bearing are the motor and the suspension parts and bearing assembly support the rotor. The structure is back pull out and use lengthening coupling. The advantage is convenient for maintenance.

3.Bearing- Two single-row centripetal bearing is inside of suspension parts and they could support the shaft and bear the radial and axial force.

4.Shaft Type: Packing sealing and mechanical sealing.

5.Transmission: Its drived directly by motor through the lengthening coupling. Its rotation direction is clockwise viewed from the section of motor.
