Introduction of Lime Rotary Kiln
Lime Rotary Kiln is composed of cylinder, gears,support decvice, kiln liner and kiln tail sealing equiment, kiln head hood and combustion.Lime kiln as a heating device is a high-quality steel processed, is supported on the support device by tyre, and there is manchanical or hydraulic pressure catch wheel on the first or some gear in order to control the turning of cylinder. Gearing gyrate according to process-required rotating speed by ring gear in the middle of cylinder. Because of the need of installation or maintenance, the bigger lime kiln has auxiliary gears, which makes cylinder gyrate more slowly. To prevent cold air come in and dust overflow, the reliable kiln tail and hed sealing equipment is installed on feed and discharge end. 
Features of Lime Rotary Kiln

Working Principle of Lime Rotary Kiln
Materials enter from the kiln outlet (the high end of the cylinder) into the kiln for calcination. Due to the tilt cylinder and slowly rotating, materials are not only rolling along the circumferential direction but also moving along the axial direction (from high to low), continuing to complete the process. Finally, the clinker enter into the cooler through kiln hood for cooling. Fuel is sprayed into the kiln through the kiln head, and exhaust gas produced by combustion exchanges with material, and then discharges from kiln outlet.
