Vertical preheater is one of the main equipments for active lime solution. New energy-saving vertical preheater rotary kiln calcining process preheats limestone to about 800 in the preheater by making use of the heat of flue gas in the kiln tail. Then the limestone is pushed out by hydraulic push rod. By way of the transporter chute, the limestone gets into the rotary kiln where it is roasted and decomposed. Throughout the lime calcining system, the preheater is divided into several different preheating chambers in accordance with different output. Each preheating chamber equipped with a set of hydraulic pusher device and equipped with automatic control system which transmits relevant data to the PLC control platform in the central control room so as to achieve centralized control. This system is highly automatized and enables a single point of control, which improves the safety in production process and production efficiency, makes the production process more humane and intelligent, and makes the production process more convenient.

Working Principle of Vertical Preheater: According to the position of vertical preheater kiln system, and the working principle of rotary kiln, vertical preheater works under negative pressure. Heat transmission mode is thermal convection. The material and air moves in the way of convection. When raw materials are fed into the preheater, effective measures must be taken to seal the inlet in order to prevent cold air entering the preheater under negative pressure.
