Introduction

Hammer crusher is widely used for medium and fine crushing of medium hard materials that have compressive strength less than 150MPa such as limestone, coke, coal in the cement, chemical, electric power and metallurgy and other industries.

The work principle of hammer crusherThe hammer crusher machine mainly crushes materials relying on the impacting effect. The generally crushing process goes like this: after going into the crushing machine, the materials will be impacted and crushed by the hammer with high rotary speed, and the materials crushed will gain energy motion from the hammer and rush to the baffle and grate bar with high rate, and at the same time, the materials will also impact with each other. After being crushed for many times, the materials that are smaller than the gap between the grate bar will be discharged from the gap, and the bigger materials will impacted, ground and pressed by the hammer on the grate bar until the desired granularity is satisfied. Advantages of single-stage hammer crusher are as follow:1.Big reduction ratio: Maximum feeding size is 1.3-1.5m; 3-150mm of discharging size.2.High fineness of discharging size: favorable shape with aggregate, the powdery material  is no more than 20%.3.Simple process: the two or three stage crushing is reduced into single stage.

4.Economical: small capacity of matched motor, which greatly reduces the production cost.
