Product Description:

Outer diameter from the 279mm to 406mm with the capacity range from 50L to 200L.

The three excellent key technical arts:
 A. Shaping Technology (Neck and Bottom Forming)
     Due to more advanced shaping technology, the cylinder has:
     a. Smooth surface and beautiful arcs;
     b. Uniform neck in length
     c. Competely blending at the bottom
     d. Closer tolerance(<1 mm) in length
     all these above advantages prevent any defect which may cause explosion, such as wrinkles, indentations, cracks, inclusions, and the thickness shortage at the bottom or arc part of the cylinder.

B. Heat Treatment
     Heat treatment is the most critical factor of cylinder explosion. With the most advanced heat treatment technology, and the strictest requirement on metal ingrendients and ratio, our cylinder can keep a perfect balance between tensile strength and yield strength. Besides, our technical standard is much stricter than international level, which ensures the cylinder have uniform shell thickness and light weight, and prevents hazard cracks, poor metal properties due to poor heat treatment.

C. Winding Technology ( for composite hoop-wrapped cylinder)
     We import  the world's best glass fiber and resin, and bring in the word-class winding technology, to ensure the outer wrap have the quite smooth surface and look exteremely clear and trasparent. After hydraulic pressure test, there is nearly no cracks, and the anti-aging performance becomes even more excellent
