Product Description:

We named this lightbar the WARRIOR because of the numerous design battles our designers and engineers needed to fight through together to craft a product meeting simultaneous strict requirements for usability and reliability in warning pedestrians at construction sites, and for other similar uses.  By standing shoulder-to-shoulder on the front-lines, though, we faced and overcame all our challenges.

The first of those challenges was in creating reflection cups without utilizing a “fish-scale” pattern to improve the uniformity and density of illumination.  A second was changing the connection type and canceling the connection bracket between the circuit board and lower cover in order to reduce material usage.  A third struggle was making a light that could be changed in length without altering the fundamental design.

The next battle fought and won was with a waved slot-card design to improve stability and reduce costs by reducing manufacturing procedures.  Other hurdles included making more holes on the circuit board to increase the ease of installing more lights, and getting 100% waterproofing with just sealing strips and water-directing loops.

All three WARRIOR models are fully encapsulated, waterproof, and feature 3-watt ambers lights and 34 flash patterns.  Differences between the models are in length (between 30 and 56 inches) and intensity .

The WARRIOR is easily installed, warrantied for two years, and a great overall value.  Whether for warning in construction areas; mining, fire-fighting, snow-removal or recovery vehicles; wreckers, watering carts, or farm machinery, the WARRIOR is armed and ready for battle.
