  Quality Standard for Dingsheng Ignition Wire.
1. Ignition wire/cable set
 
1.1 The surface of the wire body and the rubber cap shall be smooth and clean without any cracks, and the wire body shall be firmly bonded with the rubber sleeve, and the connector shall be firmly riveted with the cable body.
1.2 Markings such as type on cables shall be obvious and not fall off.
 
2. Flame retardant property
The flame on damping wire will be automatically extinguished within 10 seconds after the flame is removed.
 
3. Voltage resistance property
 
3.1 Power frequency ac voltage 35KV , no breakdown within 1min.  
3.2 Power frequency ac voltage 30KV , no breakdown within 30min.  
 
4. High temperature resistance property
Insulating layer of cable and rubber joint and bakelite pieces keep no aging and defects such as cracks within 48 h under temperature 150 .
 
5.Oil resistance property
 
Soaked in the specified motor oil for 48 hours,the insulation layer shall be free from cracks and bubbles. The resistance value shall not change by more than 1% before and after the test. The diameter of rubber joint shall not change by more than 15%, and the length shall not change by more than 10%.
 
6.Corona resistance
After applying 15kv ac voltage for 8h, the insulation layer shall be free from cracks and other forms of defects and breakdown.
 
7.Tensile strength
No break after applying a tension of 250N.
 
8. Temperature property
Under the temperature of 120  for 24 h, resistance of wire changes by more than 5%, inductance cable resistance change less than 1%.
 
9. Moisture resistance property
In temperature of 40  and the environment with relative humidity above 90%, after 96h, the resistance value of the resistance wire body does not change by more than 5%, and the resistance value of the inductance wire body does not change by more than 1%.
 
10. Water resistance property
 
10.1  After the water resistance test, the resistance value of the damping wire body does not change by more than 5%, and the resistance value of the inductance wire body does not change by more than 1%.
10.2 After 3min water penetration test, there is no obvious water mark in the joint.
 
11. Thermal shrinkage property
  In  150  high temperature box , the biggest contraction length after 15 min shall be less than 2%.
 
12. Insertion force and extraction force
The damping wire is matched with the corresponding connecting parts, and its insertion force is not greater than 49N, and its pulling force is 9.8n -- -- 68.6n.
 
13.Pull off force
The connection between the wire body and the connector shall be firm, in cold state, the pulling force between the terminal and the wire body shall be no less than 196N, and the pulling force between the short terminal and the wire body shall be no less than 118N.
 
Keep in 120  for 30 min, pulled off force between the long terminal and wire body shall not be less than 118 n, pulled off force between short terminal and the wire body not less than 98 n.
