Product Description:

A.Components:

 wire-wound components, rubber connecter and bakelite components.

B. Performance:

  1. Physical performance:

   a. The temperature of  working environment: -40---160oC.

   b.To withstand high voltage: Its able to bear 35kv power alternating current voltage,which can not be punctured in 3 minutes

   c. To withstand high and low temperature: Its able to be kept in the environment from -40 to 200oC for 48 hours without aging, rift, etc.

   d. Its produced relying on GB/T14820.114820.3-93   High Voltage Ignition Wire used in Motors.

   e. The part connecting ignition coil and sparking plug is made of stainless steel.

   f. The cover proceting wire-wound component is made of silicon rubber.

  2.Electric performance:

     Using silicon rubber for wire_wond compoents,the electric resistance is about 7±3 kΩ/m.
Application: used for Ford MONDEO.
