General 〇 The Model TI Thermostatic Expansion Valve is a kind of thermostatic expansion valve with Interchangeable cages suitable for automatic supply and regulation of the refrigerating agent of small and middle size dry evaporator. 〇 The hybrid charge technology is applied to inside of the sensitive bubble of temperature with the advantage of equal over-heat characteristic in the whole working temperature range. This technology ensures the utilizing ratio of thermal conduction area of the evaporator not be reduced and temperature of environment where the valve body and sensitive bubble not be restricted. 〇 Both the external and internal equalizer systems are furnished, especially, the former of which efficiently eliminates the influence resulted from the loss of evaporator pressure. 〇 The Interchangeable cages is easy to store and maintain, making the equipment to match with the system with ease. 〇 The outside adjustment for over-heat point is furnished, which is set at 3oC (when delivering from factory). 〇 Safe working pressure: 2.8 MPa.
