It is our company independently developed by platinum, material taken from American well-known manufacturer of electronic slurry, in order to ensure the products have a good temperature probe. (Temperature coefficient: 3850ppm; and response time 15ms) have APPLY PATENT.
2)Aluminum Ceramics Substrate( 96% AL2O3 ):
with high dielectric constant substrate and good conductivity-temperature performance, to ensure that the circuit perform stability in high-low temperature state. General factory with using epoxy board (low prices),but Thermal performance is not very good .
3) The main circuit board:
Used the technical of thick film Hybrid Integrated Circuit, which is commonly used in developed countries in the international area, thick-film resistors with higher resistance accuracy (3%) and a smaller temperature coefficient (less than 100ppm).
