FFU ( Fan Filter Unit ) is made of a Fan and Air filter, also known as the "cabin fan filtering equipment". FFU is usually installed in a clean room air blow terminal. Generally put in the hoisting of the dry gasket sealing keel frame. FFU upper is the Fan Module,the bottom part is HEPA filter. According to the requirements of cleanliness, Air filter for different grades of efficient ( HEPA ) or ultra high efficiency (ULPA ) filter, to provide clean air clean room. Fan module in addition to overcome FFU bottom HEPA filter resistance, but also overcome the circulating air passage of all parts of the resistance, thereby maintaining the setting wind speed. FFU design system has simple construction, flexible adjustment of wind speed, clean area easy to change characteristic and so on, therefore it has become to one of a famous system form in clean room industry.
