The series products are mainly used in the connection area BTW automotive wheel and tire, its function is used to connect and fasten the tire and the hub. The type of fasteners are the key part in the vehicle chassis. We can supply all kinds of wheel nut and bolts, such as spherical wheel nut, cone surface wheel nuts, flange spherical wheel bolts, flange cone wheel nuts, flange supporting plane wheel nuts,flange wheel nuts with washer, welding type wheel nuts.

We can produce standard and non-standard fasteners according to clients drawings, samples and demands.

Surface Treatment: We have advanced full automatic barrel and rack plating line, and handle the below three type of surface treatment for the wheel nuts:
1) Multi-layer Nickel and Chromium Passivation i.e Semi-bright Nickel + High Sulphur + Full-bright Nickel + Microporous Nickel+Chromium Passivation), resistance to Cass test: 48h for welding) and 72h for integral, its protection class reach 9.
2) Zinc Plating: NSS resistance: 120h no white corrosion, 240h no red corrosion.
3) Zinc Aluminum Coating, 720h no red corrosion products, etc..
All surface treatments are in compliance with the requirements of ELV or ROHS.
