The duplex metal barrel is casted with a layer of 2-5mm wear-resisting, anti-corrosion and heat-resisting alloy on the inner-wall, which has a longer service life compared to common nitrided barrel. Duplex metal has an obvious advantage in processing of engineering plastics, fluoro plastics, polysulfone, PPO special plastics, etc.
Our duplex alloy single screws are sprayed with special alloy powder on the arrises. Screws with different functions are made of different alloys and with different welding methods. 
The twin screw duplex metal barrel is sprayed with a layer of 1-3mm wear-resisting, anti-corrosion and heat-resisting alloy on the inner-wall, which has a longer service life compared to common nitrided barrel. Duplex metal has an obvious advantage in processing ingredient with high PVC calcium powder and prolonging service life.
