Tianjin ShanKou Metal Products Co., Ltdis a Sino-Japanese joint venture with total 5 millions dollars investment. We mainly manufacture high-quality fasteners and stamping parts for Automobile, Home appliances, Electronic, Machinery, Wind Power and High-speed railway industries and so on.
 
Our plant is located in the West Area of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, 25 kilometers away from Tianjin Airport and 30 kilometers away from Tianjin Sea Port. The factory covers 10,000 square meters area. The gross area is 7,600 square meters.
 
We have more than fifty imported cold headings machines and stamping equipments and we can manufacture high-quality fasteners with M2-M16 diameter and less than 150T of stamping parts according to JIS, GB, DIN, ISO and customers specifications.
 
Under Japanese rigorous and efficient lean manufacturing management mode, we control strictly product quality and manufacturing process. DNV issued ISO 9001 and TS 16949 for us in 2010. At the present our main customers are Japanese Stanley, Hella, SIEMENS, SEW and Great Wall Motor Company.
