Threaded inserts with cutting slot or 3 cutting bores are self-tapping inserts for soft and mild materials such as light alloys, cast irons, thermosetting plastics and plywood.

HONOBLE manufacture a full lines of self-tapping inserts, the internal threads cover Metric M2~M30, or equivalent UN/UNC/UNF/UNEF and British Whitworth threads. With powerful manufacture capability, experienced design skills and advanced inventory management, we are able to offer OEM/OEM, and off the shelf delivery.

Our self-tapping inserts are made of

1) 1215 or S45C with zinc-plated, blue passivated

2) 1215 or S45C with zinc/nickel plated, clear passivated

3) 1215 or S45C with zinc-plated, yellow chromated

4) Brass C3604

5) Stainless Steel SUS 303 or SUS 304, passivated
