They are made by high technology CNC bending machine to define perfection on every curve without wrinkles or ripples. Only premium T304 grade stainless steel is preferred material for making front bumpers, Nudge bars, and all tubular products.  After bending, all tubular products are buffed to mirror finished by hand for a perfect touch. Further, all brackets for front bumper are laser cut for more precision on fitting process and powder coated to add corrosion preventive. All stainless steel products are 3 years warrantee rust proof.
