1. Product overview:

    The equipment is based on the Volkswagen Passat B5 automatic air conditioning system, which fully demonstrates the composition and working process of the automatic air conditioning system. It is suitable for the teaching needs of automatic air-conditioning system theory and maintenance training in middle and higher vocational and technical colleges, general education colleges and training institutions.

2. Main components:

    Compressor, all sensors, actuators and air conditioning wiring harness, high and low pressure pipes, condenser assembly, drying bottle assembly, blower assembly, air outlet and air conditioning operation panel assembly, etc.

3. Features:

(1) The measurement panel of the training bench is painted with a color inkjet circuit diagram, which is made of high-strength aluminum-plastic plate with a thickness of 4mm. Bright, not easy to fade and so on.

(2) The operation panel of the training platform is equipped with an air conditioner operation panel and a temperature display, which can change parameters such as indoor temperature and outdoor temperature in real time.

(3) There are detection terminals installed on the panel of the training platform, which can directly detect the electrical signals of the pins of each sensor, actuator, and transmission control unit on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.

(4) The training bench is made of international standard aluminum alloy profiles. It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, and long life. It does not need to go through the spraying process, which is more environmentally friendly, and has a more beautiful and high-grade appearance. The bench is self-locking Caster device, flexible movement, safe, reliable and durable.
