CY4100ZLQ Diesel Engine General Situation CY4100ZLQ turbocharged diesel engine is developed on the base of CY4100 diesel engine by adopting turbocharged inter cooling technology and improving design on intake and exhaust system fuel supply system, combustion system, cooling system and lubrication system as well, with Euro II emission standard.?Adopting new type injection pump, intake system, with higher lubricating and cooling performance and optimized combustion chamber, the engine power and economy are greatly improved and the emission is effectively reduced as well.?Preheating plugs are provided, which ensure the engine to get a smooth start below -20℃.?Redesign piston ring, the first compression ring is of chrome-plated, barrel type, the second compression ring is of torsional type and oil ring has spring expander.?With big displacement, sufficient power reserve, good performance for starting, accelerating and climbing. According to customer requirements, auxiliary devices can be equipped such as air compressor, exhaust brake,power steering pump and electronic fuel cut-off etc.
